“These peppers were so good! I am professional chef, whose mother lives in Aibiqu NM, and I live in the midwest. I ordered them for Cincinnati Food + Wine classic for my dish of Hatch green chili creamed hominy (perfect amount of spice, delicious flavor) with sugar and salt roast pork shoulder. The quality was great, and they had just the right amount of peel removed. They thawed easily and were super easy to work with. I would certainly order again!”

“Customer service is very nice and helpful. I only order my green chili from The Hatch Chile Store. Being a native from New Mexico, it's something I miss dearly and no other chili compares to their products! Definitely worth the money!”
