“It showed up perfectly frozen! They were peeled so nicely and packaging is great! Perfect heat, and fantastic flavor. I will definitely purchase from you guys again! I recently moved to Houston but HAVE to have my green chile!! Only issue was, I thought I'd get it sooner than I did...it took a while for my order to process, but it could've been due to the holidays. Thank you for saving me and my chile habit!”

“These were a gift to a long time friend, a native of Las Cruces, who now lives in Florida and has been gone from New Mexico for a long time. I have sent her your fresh chiles in the past, which she says reminds her so much of home. They are the "real thing", and only a native of New Mexico can tell. These, the roasted and frozen ones from you, she says, are perfect. Better than she can roast herself. She likes the whole chile, since she can make Rellenos, or anything else, since she will use Hatch chile in everything she makes. She's very happy, so I am as well. A perfect gift. The package arrived in perfect shape, chiles were perfect, and on time.”
