“A wonderful company to order chile peppers from. We've used them a couple of times now and delivery is always prompt and product is always fresh. LOVE the smell of the chile peppers when they've arrived and are sitting on the kitchen table waiting to be roasted, peeled and frozen. They fragrant the whole house! Will never try to get chile peppers any other way!!!”

“First off the green chili is great, roasted very well with only small bit's of skin here and there. Tastes DELICIOUS. Customer service is always a pleasure. Will absolutely be ordering more.”

“Really liked the idea that they were roasted and peeled and packaged for easy freezing. Portions per package just right. As we do like a little hot...they are more on the hot side of medium.....so next time.....we'll know to order the mild/medium. We will definitely order again.”

“Hatch Chili is our most favorite source for green chili! We have cooked with the "Big Jim" medium hot chili for years and would not consider any other. The large frozen roasted whole chilis are always packaged well and the taste and quality are hard to beat. Highly recommend this product!!”
