“I would love to give a 5-star review for this order. If I had only ordered The Big Jim chile, I would. It came still frozen, on time and is delicious. That however was only part of my order. I also ordered 2 big bottles of powdered chile one red and one green. They still have not arrived and it has been nearly three weeks. I sent an email over a week ago and they said they will ship them...still nothing. They were supposed to have shipped before the roasted chile.”

“Big Jims are simply the best. They are our go-to chiles for anything Mexican. These are the best for making chile rellenos. They are flavorful and just-right hot. We also use them in making green chile stew and green chile enchiladas. The folks at Hatch will work with you every which way to make sure they deliver as promised. They welcome your feedback and actually pay attenetion to you as an individual customer.”

“Chiles arrived frozen solid, still with dry ice present. Packaged well, and arrived when promised. Have spread the word to friends to consider using, and will buy again! Overall price for chiles was good value as well.”

“The green chile arrived on time, and still frozen. I especially like that the chiles are frozen in a ziplock bag, and that the chiles are flattened out and pre peeled.”

“We have gotten our Big Jim Medium Chile from the Berridges in Santa Fe for many years. This year we missed them, sadly because we have enjoyed the visit so much. We knew we would miss our Chiles very much too. I then read about their Grandson's interned store, The Hatch Chile Shop. I contacted them, ordered. The order was filled just as I asked, I was notified just as it was shipped, I had a tracking number though I was told what day it would be delivered, and that is exactly what happened. Yes I spent more, but it is worth it. I did not think we would be able to roast our Chile at as perfect a temperature as their roasters, so I had them roasted and pealed! What a treat!
