“Hatch whole green chiles are in a class by themselves. I could buy and roast chiles from a big box grocery here in Tennessee, but they are NOT Hatch chiles. I plan to make another order after next year's harvest.”

“Hi, the chiles arrived in good shape, a little thawed, but not bad. I had 2 orders, one to me in Boulder, CO, and one to Indiana. Actually, the chiles ground shipped to Boulder were a little more thawed than the air mailed order to Indiana.”

“I love your products! But I've got a question. I just received in the mail 2 Medium Red Chile Powder, and 1 Hot Green Vhile Powder. I'm confused by the label that reads "this product is classified as non- ready -to - eat. Do not consume uncooked. Please cook to 165 degrees before consuming." What exactaully does that mean? To sprinkle on a salad do I first have to heat it in the oven? Can you email me back and clarify . Thank you, Jim Muse.”
