“I ordered the roasted Med-hot (big Jim) after reading a comment from the staff at Hatch telling us that this years crop of Med hot was not as hot as other years - in other words, I expected it to be somewhat mild. The remark was right on. It has a good bite but not too hot. Excellent taste and texture.”

“I ordered 20 lbs, arrived still frozen in one pound bags. Each pepper was whole and perfectly roasted and peeled. Absolutely delicious. I will be ordering move over time. I miss the wonderful smell of chili roasting having spent most of my life in Santa Fe. Since moving to FL I have been having friends sending both roasted and raw chili as well as picking some up if I am visiting SF and roasting it myself. Ordering directly from Hatch has proven to be the best and easiest way to get my chili fix.”

“Hatch Green Chile is great, the product is frozen and ready to use at your convenience. Packaging is easy to just put in freezer (no breakdown) required. The value for the quantity is plentiful, we will reorder again and again.”
