“Very nice chile flavor, and yet very mild. If you want a kick, you might have to add some that is a little bit hotter, as this one even milder than I expected. It defrosts very fast because the packaging is flat, and is so easy to use this way.”

“Delicious. I made green chili stew and the flavor was no different than fresh. The chilis arrived in NH frozen hard. Great packaging. They are indeed mild but flavorful. Most importantly, there was a small hiccup in communication regarding delivery date. Resolved in minutes!”
