“The box the chili came in was damaged however the chili was fine. I did not receive instructions on how to roast the chili. Please send asap”

Dear Gael, Instructions are not sent with the order but are available online. The review you've posted is for our already roasted, frozen chile though. It has been roasted and does not need to be roasted again. Best, Preston

“We live in Texas and enjoy the authentic flavor of hatch chi'lis from New Mexico. Chili's arrived chilled and well packed in a vacuum sealed bag. Will continue ordering each year from these guys. Have order from here twice and another company once and have found these guys to be superior in quality & packaging. Definitely order with confidence.”
