“If you need a chili fix and don't have time, availability or desire to prep them yourself this is a great option. The price per lb may seem steep when compared to starting with whole raw chiles yourself but the time savings is worth it. Great tasting, arrived well packaged.”

“My wife prefers mild Hatch Chiles and the delivered items seem to suit her heat limit just fine. We ordered the chopped variety and it is so easy to thaw out a small amount for a single serving. Naturally, regardless of heat, the great Hatch Chile taste comes through just fine.”

“I've ordered from this vendor before with excellent results. This delivery the chiles came cold and defrosted. In the past Fedex delivered the product and it came by 10:30am...always frozen. UPS delivered this time and the results were not as good. Go back to using Fedex....I'd pay more to get my product still frozen”

“Our shipment came in and it was like Christmas! We've made our first batch of green chile and it was just as we hoped, amazing! Being away from home ment we had to have it shipped. We chose to have it chopped and roasted and it was the best decision. We only wished we had ordered more.”

“Let me just say this..........THEY ARE FREAKING AAAAAAMAAAAZING!!!!!!!! we ordered 5lbs chopped mild chilies and from living in Rio Rancho NM for over 10yrs, they brought back a lot of great memories of the food and culture found in New mexico. They were on the pricy side to get them all the way up to Illinois because they had to be cold shipped, but hey....NO REGRETS..they are delicious and just as the vendor described.we are going to try having a couple fresh cases shipped before end of season and process ourselves and see how that works out cost wise....but again....amazing product, good service.”

“Quality is superb, value is very good. The quality of the chiles, their taste, preparation, and packaging are the basis of value. Other frozen chile providers in New Mexico, Albuquerque in particular, are slightly cheaper, but their chiles and packaging are inferior to Hatch.”
