“The Chile was wonderful and arrived in excellent condition! I was a bit disappointed in the amount! We eat green chile everyday so 10 pounds didn’t last long! I assume the weight is after roasting! If we didn’t eat so much I would definitely order more! They were delicious!!!! Thank You”

“Never disappointed with the quality. We use these specifically for rellenos and they're always so meaty and flavorful. I've made it a habit to buy a bunch and they stay good all year if you keep them sealed and frozen. We recently just finished up the last 3 pounds from last year and they tasted great. They are more expensive than what you'll find in the grocery stores, but you really are worth it when you consider how consistently good they are. At the grocery store it's always a crapshoot where some will be much hotter than others, some will be paper thin after roasting and peeling, and most of the time you have a limited selection. Ordering them directly is painless, they come roasted, peeled and frozen into nice 1lb vacuum sealed packages that can be used throughout the year, no waiting around for your local grocery store to get a new batch.”

“I love the way these have been roasted, piled and packed in vacuum sealed bags. Usually 6-7 per bag so that I do not have to thaw large quantities if I just need a few or more.”
