“The best red pepper by far that I have ever had. I put them in everything from Chocolate to Chili, Cornbread, enchilada sauce, and make a version of Red Chili Rellano. very great flavor and meaty.”

“I ordered Red Chiles from Hatch Chile several years ago, they were terrible. They arrived in a box winkled and not smelling very good. Out of 25 lb. yielded 8 lb. of cleaned chilies. This year we wanted more red, so I placed an order and was very happy with the product. They arrived roasted and packaged per lb. in plastic bags, and shipped in dry ice. Hatch Chile has greatly improved the chilies and the shipping process. I will be purchasing this same order next year.”
