“First time ordering red and first time for sandias- amazing! Always loved the medium hot green but now I'm torn lol. Guess I will be buying both from now on! Red sandias have a depth of flavor to compliment their heat, which doesn't overwhelm. Also, service from Hatch Chile Store is first rate- by phone or delivery! Thanks!!”

“I usually buy the fresh hatch chili’s to make my own hot sauce. I’ve gotten a little lazy and didn’t want to clean 10 lbs. of peppers, so I ordered 5 lbs. of roasted and frozen. They came frozen in 1 lb. sealed bags. I made my sauce and it was the best ever. I don’t think I will go back to fresh when making my sauce. FYI... service is exceptional. Thank you and keep on growing!”

“Chiles arrived promptly and frozen solid. Excellent heat level and overall flavor. I dehydrated a small batch and made a very nice chile powder. I would highly recommend this place.”
