“These peppers were just outstanding. We roasted ourselves and they were delicious. We were eating warm off the grill. Made a salsa with them. Also cut up and put in omelet. Mild heat and a bit sweet. Can’t wait for more next year.”

“Very nice. Chile was a little milder this year than the past couple if years. A little sweet flavored this year too. Chiles were nice and big and arrived in good shape. Coordination of shipping dates for the pre orders would be helpful, as I was out if town when my fresh chile rocked up.”

“I am a little confused by folks who give your organization and product a poor review. I got my first order a few weeks ago (fresh green chiles) and my second order (Big Jim fresh red chiles) a few days ago. The chiles were in great shape in both deliveries. There wasn't a single bad chile in either box, 100% in good shape. People who complain about chiles being too hot or too mild, simply need to order something else next time. If a mild chile is too hot for your taste preference, you shouldn't order chiles on the internet. Buy them in person and try them before making a large purchase. And, no two chiles have the same exact heat level. Chiles from the same plant can have vary. They cannot be metered exactly, making it impossible to meet everyone's precise preference. And finally, I telephoned your company twice. On each occasion the young women were a pleasure to speak with. They were polite, knowledgeable and represented your business just as you hope they would. Seriously, what more could a customer ask for? I love your product and your service. Thanks!”
