“I discovered Hatch Chile products during a visit to Albuquerque in 2019 where I saw it being exhibited in my motel's lobby. Not knowing what the best use for it - and unfamiliar with recipe suggestions, I used my first jar instead of an enchilada sauce and 'Voila!' I was converted! My enchiladas are now an original recipe that marry typical Mexican fillings with Hatch Chile toppings. I always keep a jar of HCS sauces and whenever my inventory hits 1, I replenish with a suite of new recipe sauces. I have even ordered the fresh chiles for my Hatch Chile Stew with Corn and Chicken - a variant of the Gumbo but with New Mexican twist. HCS is unique and their small business orientation has won my loyalty. My enchiladas have thrilled scores and they always comment on the unique taste. My advice and suggestion: Try it.”
