“We have only tried the green chili so far on our cheese burgers and it is great. We will be using the others soon and I can't see why they want be great also, we love the flavor of the hatch chili's. We actually plan on traveling to Hatch New Mexico next year to eat a Hatch chili cheeseburger at The World Famous Sparky's, we can't wait.”

“This was purchased for a auction basket for a fundraiser for a High school safe and sober graduation party in Oregon. It is for the school my wife worked at prior to starting at HVPS. Your products are a high quality representation of hatch chiles.”

“Recipes?????? I wish you had more recipes on your site that used your sauces. Most of the posted recipes are for the whole chilis. The description for your sauces says "PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Enjoy this Hatch Chile Green Roast on everything from enchiladas to burritos to tacos. Made with just 5 fresh ingredients, Flame Roasted Hatch Green Chile, Garlic, Lime Juice, Water and Salt, it will bring a bit of the Hatch Valley to your table." but it does not indicate how to use it, e.g. mix or straight from the bottle. Your sauces are too expensive to waste on experimentation.”

“Hello, l love your hatch chili, but I’m waiting for a return paid label to return to boxes of chili that I did not order, it probably was a mistake but my calls are being ignored. Please help. Mary”
