“Shipped from California, but I'm assuming that's because they found a good tamaleria in Oakland, Definately the best Tamales I've had since moving to the pacific NW. The Masa is fluffy and airy and has an even mixture of meat compared to masa. Plenty of flavor too. First try warming up on comal showed our batch was slightly undercooked. We fixed issue by steaming them for 10 minutes to warm through. They do use fake husks though.”

“After moving from NM to PA m family missed the food so much so we started ordering from different companies. We finally found the hatch Chile store and never ordered from another company. Great product, great price, and delious!”
