“The Pork Tamales I received from Hatch were just excellent. Very smooth and full of flavor. Non better anywhere. It left me being challenged to make a sauce that would compliment them. They were shipped frozen and received that way in perfect condition. I will be ordering more in the future.”

“Guys, There is not a better place in the world for red or green chile or its products, Tamales salsas etc. I was born and raised in Las Cruces. went to every festival from early 70's on. I will always support Hatch chile. I live in Denver now but down many times during the year. Most things my family makes but when I run low like on tamales first thought was to check you guys on line. I was so disappointed by your pricing its not even funny. You are charging more for Tamales than if I went to the Double Eagle and ordered them . Not even knowing even if they serve them. I'm just trying to make a point. Maybe you don't care to sell local. The pricing would fare well in New York, or most places in California. Thank God for Social Media. I will my friends know”

Hi George, We do not have a local storefront in Hatch. We are strictly an online business and ship our products all over the US. The tamales do come with free shipping, which is pretty expensive considering it is a frozen product that has to be shipped in an insulated container with dry ice. I would recommend signing up for our emails. We do run quiet a few sales on the tamales, especially around the holidays. Thanks, The Hatch Chile Store
