“your tamales are very traditional and always a welcome smell in the kitchen. We steam them to keep em moist. I dont like to microwave as its too easy to miss the sweet spot and dry them out. We stuffed the Turkey with the tamales this year for a real New Mexico treat. Jan”

“I cannot believe how delicious these tamales are. I was a total sceptic too,. How can tamales taste this good when they've been frozen and microwaved? We will be a regular customer, believe me. The convenience is fabulous and the taste/texture is incredible.”

Hello Gloria, Thank you for your feedback. I find that the cooking process can impact the way my Tamales come out. I usually do mine in the oven and they turn out so good.
