“We fix these tamales and top them with our homemade chili with Hatch green Chile sauce! Yum! We have one pork and one chicken for each of us (my wife included). Highly recommend.”

“I was expecting for the Red Chile Pork Tamales Chile to be hotter. The red Chile was not hot. Loved the masa.....very light.”
