“We ordered the Hatch Red Chile Pork Tamales. My mother in law who lived in Albuquerque used to make tamales from hand and they were excellent. My wife and I found the Hatch tamales to have a wonderful taste. They arrived in short order and with some home made sauce they were delicious. We will definitely order again. Lee”

“They were delicious my family really enjoyed them. I was born in NM. We had an acre next to our house and my dad had a beautiful garden with included green Chile. So I know my chiles. I just find it at my age to make tamales but I know how to make them. I make great green Chile enchiladas and NM red Chile enchiladas as well. Even my grandson he was born in California buys fresh green chile and makes it all the time also red Chile with beans and makes sopapillas. So I appreciate your work.”

“Not impressed at all. Not enough pork for what you pay. I I lived in Albuquerque for 25 years and now in Kansas. I can get better tamales here. Very disappointed.”
