“They taste good. The problem is tamale has to be removed from before heating, otherwise it sticks to the husk and crumbles. A lot of the tamale is wasted.”

Hi M, I'm a bit confused here. This isn't a comment that we typically hear. How were you reheating the tamales? As long as the tamales are kept moist during the reheating process you shouldn't have this issue. Best, Saul

“I have ordered these and the Tex-Mex tamales on a number occasions and they have always been delicious. I grew up eating tamales for the holidays and these are as good or better than the ones I grew up eating (sorry Grandma). I also appreciate the professionalism of the Hatch Co.”
