“We enjoyed a New Mexico Christmas dinner with guests. The menu was totally unexpected and everyone LOVED the green chile/chicken and smoked pork/red chile tamales!!! Will definitely be ordering more in the future. NO ONE MAKES CHILE PRODUCTS LIKE HATCH CHILE STORE!!!!!!!”

“Both the green chile chicken and the green chile cheese tamales were outstanding. We are saving some to enjoy during the holidays. My son and I both agreed that the smoked pork red chile tamales were not our favorite. The smoke flavor overpowers the delicious red chile. That's the only reason for the 4 rating. The green chile products are a definite 5!”

“We ordered two of the Tamale Bundles for our son’s and daughter’s families and they said they “felt like they won the lottery!” Their exact words were “woot, woot!!” and “no way! THANK YOU!!” The tamales were more than delicious. The only thing that could be a bit better are the heating directions but we are very pleased and will trying many more Hatch Chile Store! Thank you for a quality taste of home - New Mexico!”

“These were delicious! So much so we ordered again for another function. It looked like I made a mistake and ordered too late, but customer service worked with me and my next batch is on its way. Highly recommend!”

“The tamales were terrific and easy to heat up in a large pot. We live in the mid west currently but have a lot of tamale aficionados in our group and we loved all the flavors!”
