“The hard brown/black spots in the red chilis made them inedible. Customer service in replacing them was great, though we probably would have just preferred a refund or something as the second box was worse. We felt horrible throwing away 2 boxes of chilis but since we eat with our eyes as well as our mouths, we had difficulty trying to eat the chilis. The hard bumps in the middle of tender chilis would not work in many dishes. Our green chilis that came earlier in the season were wonderful!”
