“I've ordered fresh red chilis for the last two years. This product is delicate and I live in Florida. The chilis arrived on time, but there was some spoilage. The company was very quick to make is right, so I'm a repeat customer.”

“We've been buying chiles and lately your premade sauce for years. They are always excellent! One of these years we're going to come visit when the reds are ready to go, we're in Tucson so it would make for a great day trip or overnighter. Thank you”

“I ordered the green Hatch chiles earlier in the season. So happy to get these red ones too. Great quality product at a reasonable price. I’m a customer for life. I roasted some and dried some for use later. Amazing flavor in my enchiladas! Mmmm.”
