“I love my Hatch Red chile! There's nothing like it anywhere! Your shipping and packing are 2nd to none. Customer Service is like visiting with a friend. I moved from my beloved Sandia mountains to flat haha hill country and the only thing keeping me sane was beautiful meaty pods of RED that I could roast or dry and put in or over the top of everthing. (Except my hand made pinon brittle). If someone says What's Pozole? they haven't eaten at my house! This is the greatest web site for displaced New Mexicans!”
