“As always ...beautiful fresh red chile.. I grew up around hot chile ...from Hagerman new mexico...my only wish is that hotter varieties of fresh red ...like sandia were available...Sandia variety makes the best red enchiladas..”

“We moved from Texas to Florida last year, and my husband has been desperately missing easy access to fresh Hatch chiles. Reds are his favorite, so we made the investment in a 25-lb box this year and we were delighted! Huge chiles, beautifully colored, and a very zesty medium-hot. My husband roasted them all on his Traeger and then made 2 gallons of puree for the freezer. The holidays are saved thanks to the Hatch Chile Store!”

“Very fresh, beautiful color and a wonderful flavor. I have just finished making fresh red chile posole. The smoky heat and pork and hominy make for a great taste. Since I was born in NM I have grown up with chile. Love you guys I am a customer for life”
