“We ordered 3 boxes of fresh red chilies sent to Texas. The chilies were shipped later than expected,, 2 day shipping. They were very fresh. meaty, and nice. The flavor is excellent, but on the hot side. Definitely will order from The Hatch Store again.”

“Wow! do these have a beautiful and rich taste. I will mix them with some of my green chile. Thank you for the over night delivery. I did have to throw a few away because they were going bad. I received them in the evening and roasted them the next day.”

“Nearly all chile arrived in good condition (a few at bottom of box partly mushy). Processed all 25 lbs 2 days later with industrial juicer (with sauce screen) and put several bags in freezer for use throughout year. Taste was great!”
