“Delicious. Just be sure to follow instructions, soak overnight and cook 2-3 hours in your stew, chili, whatever. Used mine in a crockpot with 1 lb of the Hatch Chile Store chopped peppers, pork, chicken broth, garlic, onion, cilantro, Posole seasoning. A great winter soup/stew.”

“We purchased the Posole kit in December and it was amazing! We used Abuela's medium red chile sauce and it was so good. It was the first time soaking the hominy overnight and boiling it ourselves vs. using canned hominy and it made all the difference! We will definitely be buying this again!”
