“As always, a first rate company providing America's best chiles. I got hooked on them while snowbirding down in New Mexico and now that I am back in Alaska, I supply myself with peeled frozen chiles. They always arrive quickly, carefully packed, and still frozen for my freezer. Always a high spot of the year!”

“Great flavor. Good fast order handling and shipping. I just wish that when the five, one pound plastic bags were frozen they had not been wet. When I opened each five pound box the contents were frozen together in a block. Makes it difficult to use just one.”
