Hello Larry, I do apologize to hear this years crop did not satisfy your heat variety. We produce a variety of all-natural chile products, as I'm sure you know. One of the most difficult parts of this process is the fact that we don't add artificial flavors or capsaicin (what makes chile hot) so from season to season there is a lot of variability in heat-levels. Furthermore, people's perception of "flavor" and "heat" are drastically different from customer to customer.
