“I received my perfect shipment of Hatch Green Chile yesterday. They are beautifully peeled and frozen and I know from past purchases that the flavor will be beyond compare. I use it to make salsas and a peach and mango chutney that would just not be the same without Hatch Chile. You can't go wrong. You can't get that flavor anywhere else!”

“These chiles are amazing! The flavor is amazing and transported us back to a favorite NM vacation a few years ago. Although a bit pricey, the flavor, preparation, and convenient packaging (1 lb bags with ziploc-like tops) make these well worth it. Will be ordering again.”

Hello! Yes, unfortunately, because of inclement weather during our 2019 green chile season, our chile came out milder than usually. This is why the medium-hot you received was not as hot as you expected. If you want hot, we suggest trying chile from our upcoming season!
