“Having grown up in the Southwest (Texas/New Mexico)Hatch Chilies were a staple in our household. Once we relocated to the Northwest (Oregon) true chilies were not easy to find (and the ones we did find did not have the quality or taste we grew up with). I was so excited to find this company!!
