“The levels you use to describe how hot your chilis are are different than Initially expected. Your mlld is very mild to me. And your medium is more like mild to me. So in the future I will adjust by ordering hotter chilis. Other than that description issue, I love your stuff!”

“I am totally in love with both your roasted green chile that's packaged in 1-lb. bags, and your bottled mild and/or medium green chile. There is no chile that does it for me the way that hatch green chile does, and not being able to drive to New Mexico every year to buy it roasted on the streets, your company provides a great solution. I can make my chile the way that I want using your green chiles and adding them to sautéed onions, garlic and some chicken broth. When I don't have the time, I have bottles of your mild green and your medium green on hand that I can immediately add to scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, white fish, chicken, soups, and whatever else strikes my fancy. I add your green chiles to apple sauce, too. There's no topping the flavor of Hatch green chile. I do love your Papa's salsa, too. Your bottled green makes great gifts and is a way to introduce others to your products.”
