“Loving my Hatch Chile? Silly question. Of course! I lived in New Mexico for 19 years, so chile (especially Hatch chile) is one of my basic food groups. Now you just need to capture that roasting chile aroma and make it available for home delivery”

“I ordered 90 lb of green chilies from this past year's harvest. I own a food truck and green chilies are a huge staple in my menu. I was devastated when I ran out and the hatch chili store came to my rescue. Everything was packaged amazingly. Everything showed up still frozen. I will be ordering my large supply for 2023 from them this time. And the staff is wonderful to work with. Very communicative”
