“I just received my yearly supply of 15lbs of roasted chile's. Brilliant as usual, thank you. Quick cheesy egg recipe...chop up the chile's into ~1/4" chunks, throw in the frying pan on medium. While those are cooking, slice up some velveeta into ~1/2" chunks. Mix your eggs into the chile's and scramble. When the eggs are almost ready, THEN put in the cheese and stir till satisfied. “My son bought mild Green Chilis. Couldn't believe the quality of the shipping container when I first opened the box. The chilis are the best I have ever had. Always enjoyed go to a farmers market and getting fresh chilis, these are better. No surprise on the level of heat. Rather important when make a big pot of green chili.”

“My chile order was handled very well. Packaging and shipment were excellent. I only wish that I had been able to buy medium-hot chiles. The mild chiles were rather bland for my taste. That may be because I used to live in New Mexico and developed a taste for the real deal. But now that I live in Pennsylvania,I am glad this service is available. Go Lobos!”
