“The chilis I received were acceptable for taste, however, the texture was too mushy. When I purchased chilis from you live, in Santa FE, NM, the chilis were roasted to perfection and maintained their shape and a firm texture for months when frozen. The chilis I purchased online were too soft and fell apart during meal preparation. Something you may want to work on. JJW Colorado Springs”

“We have a 50's style Hamburger joint in a mall food court. This company provides an easy to use product that make our green chile cheeseburger pop. Easy to order and always fresh. We order the roasted and peeled green chile that are whole.”

“Was so excited about getting these Chile's. However, they were far from fresh. I ordered the fresh roasted Chile's. These Chile's were tasteless. I figure they were from last year been frozen for at least a year.”

“We ordered the whole green Chile's and multiple items from their processed products list. The Hatchup spicy ketchup is amazing and all the Hatch seasonings are exactly what I was hoping for! The whole green Chile's separated into one pound packages and very carefully packaged are perfect for two retirees like us! We love that you offer mild products for those of us that can't take the heat! Thanks for the wonderful products we'll be regular customers now!”

“Had a local Mexican restaurant make 30 Chili Rellenos and 20 Green Chili Tamales. They use Poblano peppers here. Not the same as Hatch Greens. They are by far the best. We had Chili Rellenos in Cozumel, Mexico and no one outside of New Mexico knows yours are the best. Lived in Silver City for 5 years and NEVER missed the festival in September. Life long Hatch Pepper fan .. Tku.”
