“We moved from Tucson, (Vail AZ) last summer to the panhandle of Florida near Destin. We quickly realized there were NO whole Green Chilies or decent tortillas to be found. Luckily, we tried the Hatch Chile Store to deliver their product to us. We received the Chilies in 1 pound, vacuumed sealed bags, frozen hard as a rock. The chilies were Roasted and Cleaned whole chilies and they are Wonderful! We will probably go through 5 lbs. in a few months and order again. Superb!”

“I love the whole frozen green chilies I received from the Hatch Store! Perfect chilies perfectly frozen and perfectly shaped. Being a former resident of New Mexico green chili is one of the things I miss the most. The smell of roasting green chilies is an experience you never forget. I’ve already made green chili stew with pork and green chili stew vegan. Thank you!!”
