Hi Carolina You say you have emailed, however i have searched 3 email inboxes and can see no such email from you?? Im sorry you have had problems fitting your toilet roll holder. Maybe if you are having difficulty fixing it to your wall you can attach photographs for us to see? We have had no other complaints about this product, so I wonder if there is a problems with yours?
