“A few thoughts:
The exchange/ return policy is heavy on demands. I understand that purchases should be returned in new condition, but a “We appreciate your order” would be nice. It would soften the demands. I did appreciate that for those who must return merchandise they received as gifts, the gift-giver would not be notified.
I am not sure how many customers would know what “RMA” means in the return instructions. I don’t. Perhaps spell that out to make it clear.
The return policy states that returns missing packing materials or with a damaged boot box will be charged 30% – 50%. Really? However, my boots arrived in a plain old brown corrugated box with one piece of tissue paper. No boot box was included. I felt 30% – 50% cheated. When I exchanged my boots for a larger size I had to insist that I receive them it the very special boot box. The boot box turned out to be another corrugated cardboard box, but printed with the logo and hinged on one side.
The boots are nice, though.”
“This is my second pair of Arctic sport boot, tall. I absolutely love these boots. No laces to try to tie in cold weather. I hike all the time in these boots in snow and cold weather. I'm going to keep getting these boots.”
“I ordered these boots online from Muck and received them in only a couple days, much faster than expected! So far I've had the opportunity to wear them in extremely slushy, major snow and sub zero conditions! I absolutely love these boots! My feet have stayed dry, toasty and extremely comfortable. I opted for mucks over boggs because there is a little more room in the calf area. The foot bed is very comfy and accommodates my extra wide feet. Generally I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 but after trying the shorter version on in a local store opted to order a size 7. They fit great and i have plenty of room for thicker socks. The tred on the bottom makes me feel much more secure when walking in slippery conditions. Although they aren't as attractive as some winter boots the practicality well makes up for it, and I have managed to pull off wearing them with a casual skirt and tights! These boots are worth every penny and I expect to get a lot of use out of them.”
