An old favourite recipe using pink sea salt, garlic, spices or chilli it maintains a rich Italian flavour. A staple in Italy which will certainly be a hit when entertaining. Gluten Free. Cacciatore is a worker's or hunters salami cured in a traditional manner by hanging in a climate controlled room. Approx. 200gms
