“Great addition to my PPE. Reduces the amount of smoke particulates you inhale, and helps you breath easier in heavy smoke and the days the follow after a fire assignment. Well worth the money. I give this 4 stars because it works better then advertised, but a bit of design tweaking could easily make it 5 stars. The detachable part that goes on top of your head to keep the mask from sliding down needs to come in smaller sizes. I wear a 7 1/2 -8 hat size and even with the adjustment as small as it goes, it is still to big to sit comfortably and not move around. The other minor issue is the Velcro and tag on the main piece. The tag could be reduced by at least 50% and more Velcro could be added so that you could wrap the mask tighter around the back of your head. For those who choose not to use the head strap this would be make it easier to keep tight on your face, reducing slippage and helping the mask seal. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!”
