“The frame itself is acceptable and as described, but it does not work with Oregon license plates as Oregon tags are placed on the bottom corners of the plate and are therefore covered by the frame. This frame might work for states that have the tags placed in the upper corners of the plate but not Oregons. I'm not sure what states those might be but it would be nice to let customers know what states these plates work with or don't work for. Still better yet, offer different frame configurations that will work with other states with various sticker placements.”
