“The handle was not attached! It was pressed in but nothing was there to keep it in place, I had to dill the hole from the factory to make the hole in the handle and head align and install a bolt and nut.”

Hi Todd, We sure hope you contacted The Supply Cache staff for the appropriate ferrule pin. If not, please do and we'll send you the correct part. Sorry for the inconvenience. These handles are now pressed and pinned at a facility in Fort Collins, CO with better QC.
