“Continue to be very disappointed at how long the shipping takes. This months crate shipped before I even received last months. April’s box with an Easter shirt arrived after Easter. After reaching out to the customer care team, the response I got was « oh too bad, we hope that you will save it for next year ». I have since cancelled :( It is unfortunate, as I have enjoyed most of the content so far but I am frustrated with the super slow shipping and lack of regard from the care team.”
