“Love the crates!
Just not happy on my other orders. I ordered back in January and still haven't received it, 4 months later. This is frustrating, as what I ordered I may not be able to use next year in my class.
I would like to discontinue my subscription on the crates for now and get credit for my other order please. Thank you.”
