“I got a 1 year subscription and was just charged (without notice) for a 2nd year. This has caused me to be overdrafted and my rent to be late due to shortage.
The moment I got notice via PayPal of the charge. I contacted TC. I've sent several messages to cancel and get refunded but no response as of this writing.
This has caused major anxiety and my blood pressure is up.
I wish you had a contact number not just an email.
As a courtesy, you should notify your subscribers of the upcoming charge. Some of us teachers work 2 jobs to just make ends meet much less have 239.00 stolen from our bank account.
I would appreciate a response to my email.
