“My July crate was over a month late with things it wasn’t supposed to include. I received no compensation for it being so late and the items I received were things I had already received previously. There was no communication until after the shipments were late and when I reached out on multiple platforms I received no response. The customer service is terrible.”
“After the July crate was over a month late I canceled. When my July crate finally arrived it contained a very cheap pad of paper, a wrap the had a label sewn on of smartass and sass (can't wear to school), and a lunch box which was nice. Definitely not worth what I paid for it.”
