“I have been a customer for over a year now, and will probably cancel my subscription shortly. Recently, the shirt brand has changed and the new shirts are not soft and comfy like the old brand. This definitely has me questioning my subscription status.”
“So frustrating when I get a shirt that is the same size as every other shirt I’ve gotten and it’s too small. So I will be canceling my subscription. Not being consistent with the brand of shirt and the sizing is a no go for me.”
