“I really liked the design of this scraper which sits off the glass a few mm, apart from where the blades contact.
Unfortunately, it doesn't float which can be annoying. Even so, I have managed to clean a curved glass Fluval Vista/Curve aquarium with it!”
“Best algae scraper i have used. Takes some time to get used to it. Always scrape against the blade or you can still scratch the glass. With its design there is little agitation in the water column. Removing tough algae takes no effort. You will literally see it fall off the glass. Magnet is very powerful.”
“The blades scrape the glass clean with a *very* strong magnet attaching the handle. Take care to follow the instructions or you could get a pinched finger. Fish follow the scraper around to get tidbits of algae. Wouldn't recommend on acrylic, I tried it and got scratches.”
