however, my unit developed an internal rattle under mild/any head pressure. the severity of the electrical rattling sounds was heard more than 5 m away in a quiet room. This unit does not share it larger siblings quality running gear. with only a 3 prong impeller and steel shaft. The item was returned and tested in store to verify my complaint and was justified with credit refund. Might have just been unlucky as i heard many great things about Tunze* but for the money it's in eheim compact territory and I personally feel the silence* power consumption is about the same/water pressure and flow.

“Usual good service packed well and arrived in good working order. very happy with the functionalities and specs this pump offers. Running on filter set up 2-3weeks so----far Did find the clip casing pieces on pump vibrated slightly. But all in all great small unit.”
